Our vintage style shoe model RIVIERA is perfect for dancing and everyday use. The insole of this elegant model inspired by 1920s shoes is manufactured in England and has gentle cushioning, excellent impact absorbance, and flexible sole. The heel is 3.5 centimeters high and has a wide base. The brushed leather of the sole is suitable for any floor and can be worn indoors and out. All of which makes them the best dancing shoes and truly comfortable.

The front portion of these remarkably adaptable t-strap shoes is a very dark metallic lead, contrasting with a smooth light grey heel. These retro shoes are true chameleons and adapt beautifully with all sorts of colour and fashion choices.

This model is available in other colours with a higher heel RIVIERA HIGH or in a flat version RIVIERA FLAT.

The most stunning vintage inspired shoes! These were my first pair of Saint Savoy Shoes and I am blown away by the quality, attention to detail and comfort of these shoes. I have quite wide feet but these slip on beautifully and are the perfect finishing touch to a vintage inspired outfit. They are not just for dancing but are perfect for vintage events and evenings out. The heel height is perfect, enough of a heel that they make you stand tall but you can also wear them all night long without the pain of usual heels. Thank you Saint Savoy, I cant wait to try out more styles!

Wunderschön elegante Tanzschuhe mit perfektem Fußbett und weichem Obermaterial. Mit diesen Schuhen kann man die ganze Nacht durchtanzen ohne die üblichen Beschwerden aber most of all: er passt zu jedem Outfit, schaut top aus und macht einen schlanken Fuß. Eines ist ganz klar: mir kommen keine anderen Tanzschuhe mehr ins Haus!

My best pair of dancing shoes, ever so comfortable, sparkly and elegant. You can easily dance through the whole night in these with the 3,5 cm heel. The padding will prevent any pain in your feet and the quality leather is easily stretched to the shape you need. The colour combination is a very versatile one, it is easy to create multiple outfit variations with this pair. Simply gorgeous!

The shoes are absolutely stunning! Great quality and comfortable and look beautiful! What more can one want from a pair of shoes? At first I thought the belt around the ankle was a bit short, but after a short while it expanded a bit. So those who might think the shoes are a bit tight the loosen up just the right amount and become the perfect dancing shoes. Didn’t even have to break them in, stepped in and took my dance lesson! Thank you for making such wonderful shoes and offering great customer service!

How to Care for Your Dance Shoes:

The Ten Commandments for Spiffy and Comfy Shoes

Dance shoes undergo an array of very specific stresses. We see the signs of wear on our shoes as a sign of our love for dancing. However, by following a few simple tips for care, we can easily extend the life of our favourite shoes:

Care for your feet! A well-tended foot has short nails and soft skin free of callouses that may cause uncomfortable pressure.
Should I waterproof my dance shoes?
Always fully open your shoes before slipping into them, and use a shoehorn to help maintain their form.
At Saint Savoy, we use high quality leather for the inside, too. If this lining should cause marks, we recommend a dash of hairspray. It really is surprising how well a thin layer sprayed into the interior of your shoe will makes this problem disappear.
If your dance shoes are dusty or dirty after a long night out, rub them with a soft, moist cloth. Always remember to clean your shoes before applying polish.
It'’s easy to make sure your Saint Savoy shoes keep on shining: try spit and a soft leather brush, or using an old nylon stocking to polish them. It works great, really!
Our shoes are made of fine calf leather. It is important to use high-quality shoe polish to maintain the pliability of leather and seams. We recommend using products containing lanolin. We also advise that you use colourless care products – your clothing and your dance partner will thank you!
Rub leather-covered heels and the shoe’s frame well with polish, too.
Dirt can be washed off Saint Savoy’s special Sender Sole using a mild soap solution and a soft cloth.
Put a shoetree or crumpled newspaper in your shoes after wearing them. This will smooth wrinkles from walking, as well as absorb moisture.

Take care of your feet! A well-tended foot has short nails and soft skin without any callouses that may cause uncomfortable pressure. This will make your shoes more comfortable. There are more sensory cells in our feet than in our face. They ensure our support, balance, and mobility. We demand a very high performance from our feet, especially when dancing, without ever really thanking them for it. Almost no other body part is as underestimated as our feet, even though they are true masterpieces of evolution. A foot massage with moisturizing cream is really a treat for stressed feet; after all, one foot alone has 26 bones, 13 muscles, and 10 joints!
